This single portrait of a dispersed family, located in the small mountain village of Vermilio during the declining days of the Second World War, follows a series of dramatic and subsequent events after the arrival of the silent Sicilian soldier (Giuseppe de Domenico ), which is inside the city after the abandonment of the army.
